It's a banking app, it does its purpose. I can transfer my money easily, I personally like the layout more than other banks, I'm definitely not upset with it, but it's not super amazing, really the only minor inconveniences I found is that I can't nickname my accounts, I don't have some of the same features that I have on a computer, like hiding accounts, and there isn't a number or email for customer service

New update keeps saying my password is incorrect. I click "forgot password," and I put in last 4 SSN and account number, and it says I don't have an account. I log in via computer and my username doesn't have the correct picture. So I don't know what's going on right now.

They took the option away to transfer money to other accounts that are also under umcu. I did this for bills that were under my wife's name, and now I have to go to the bank to do so. Inconvenient

University of Michigan Credit union, Is NO exception. Covid changed everything. Everything has doubled. Prices, Fees, and businesses taking advantage of everyone. Mobile deposit STILL doesn't work. It can never find the check in the image. This has been going on for ~6 months now and it is absolutely ridiculous. Update your app to support Android 15.
