I've had to downgrade my original five-star rating to two stars. Reason being, I treat all functions in dealing with universal1 as "this app'. I used to get low balance alerts anytime my checking balance fell below a set threshold. Last month those texts stopped, unannounced. My checking balance fell below the threshold, and a check I wrote required the credit union to withdraw funds from my savings account, which was well funded. An overdraft fee was charged. That's wrong

Every time I go to log in on UI mobile it says my password is wrong, so it sends me a temporary. I'll put it in, and then it says it's wrong. I'm getting really aggravated with trying to log in on this website. I've never had trouble like that with any other website. Constantly changing my password

The interface is way better than it was. However, the functionality of this app is poor to say the least. I don't know if it is a banking issue or what. But when I bill pay it takes days to come out of my account. I used to bank with chase. Anytime I withdrew money it would come out right away. This banking institution, not so much. If my transactions came out when I paid bills or used my card I would give it 5 stars.
