4/4 Good Experiences First app I've ever given 5 stars. So far I've had 4/4 successful rides in Newcastle NSW. Taxis have arrived within 5 mins and no cancelled taxies or any other unfortunate things I've read in other reviews. I'll update the title with any future experiences.

People are prejudice Not only did my taxi turn up 5 minutes early, but I've had no connectivty problems, my cab was before daylight and it was better having gps then waiting 25 minutes the night before for a cab (no app that night) So thank you for a decent app and I'm sorry people will give one star ratings at the drop of a hat (or IQ point)

Good for booking a taxi well in advance (eg, night before for early pick-up). However, the job isn't accepted right away and you have to check back a while before your booking to make sure a driver has accepted it. Once they have accepted, you get an ETA for the taxi. It's not a real-time app, but it's useful for future bookings. Would be better if there was an immediate reassurance that the job has been/will be accepted.

SamsunNote 4 - Can't book later bookings. It only let's you select ASAP when you select later and then specify a time the app doesn't save it and books the taxi ASAP.

Useless Booked a cab the night before for the following morning. I got a booking number. Taxi did not show up. Called the company and have been on hold for 20min. Gave up and used another company. Now late for my flight. Useless company. Won't be using you again. Epic fail.

How do you expect to compete with Uber, when you can't even get the basics like fare estimate right? Should also have the ability to pick your current location by GPS, rather than having to manually enter suburbs and streets.
