Use to be good but with all these upgrades can't log in any more you get stuck on taking selfie which thr app fails to complete & no way to go further into your account, there used to be yhe skip button but now removed so permanently stuck. Call the agents or via Facebook they act like you speaking Greek to them, no help from those guys, hugely frustrating

Africans or Kenyans use Nakuru to scam people, and they have the details of the people but can not do anything or help you retrieve your money back, and according to me a negative 2 star would be the best at this poin

Taking over 1 week to do a remittance from SA to Ghana and not solved yet. Whatsapp service doesn't work at all you get no support. Email support never gets replied. I had to make 3 phone calls with promises from their call center to get matter sorted and promises to call back at specific times, they never do. Charges are more than enough to warrant a better service try at your own expense and time but really not satisfied at all the small transfer was needed promptly and sorry to say Nakuru fails
