If only I had read the reviews before using this app, I wouldn't be in this situation, my money has gone with no trace, yet they claim to have sent it to the recipient who didn't receive, they all they keep saying is wait in 1 hrs for almost 2 days, I wouldn't anyone to use this useless app plus the customer care agents are just idiots

BEWARE. This company is running a Netflix Voucher Scam. I purchased a Netflix voucher recently, but it was unsuccessful. They deducted my money & never got the voucher. The money was never refunded back to my account. Contacted the support team which is full of idiots telling me a different thing all the damn time. I lost all faith in Nakuru, such a disappointment. Would give it a minus 0-star rating if possible 🚮 People work hard for their money to be scammed like this

Useless app. Tried to pay via Oz ow, they didn't have my bank available. Tried to change payment method, couldn't. Tried to cancel the order, no cancel order button. Tried to WhatsApp, no resolution. Extremely annoyed, my family needs money, and I have to deal with this useless incompetence. Don't waste time with Nakuru. They must change their name to Medici or Man cane.
