Been with Nakuru for 10 years and would have given you 5 stars if you guys can just update your system to EFT other banks, it is so disappointing that we still have to deposit money after so many years of operating. I feel like changing to other banks who are moving with time

I had a terrible experience with Nakuru. On 17 June, I sent money to Nigeria but the recipient never received it. Nakuru insists the transfer was successful yet the reference they provided doesn't match the recipient's records. When asked for proof that the funds were actually delivered they couldn't provide any evidence from their side. The recipient shared her bank statement to help with the investigation. To this day, the money is nowhere to be found I still don't have proof of where it went

3 days just for an eft to reflect no ways, and why can't we not eft money to SA bank? This has to be the worst bank I've ever used mind you's my first bank, so I'm extremely disappointed and unhappy with this Nakuru please do something.

Appalling, do not use their service. I wish I read the reviews first. I sent funds for something urgent and selected the "cash pickup" option. When my recipient tried to collect the funds in Zimbabwe, they said they could only collect £1k per day. On my end they deceive me saying my recipient has collected the full amount. Do not trust anything with a zim name, Nakuru weyi uchitadza basa nonsense!!
