I had a terrible experience with Nakuru. On 17 June, I sent money to Nigeria but the recipient never received it. Nakuru insists the transfer was successful yet the reference they provided doesn't match the recipient's records. When asked for proof that the funds were actually delivered they couldn't provide any evidence from their side. The recipient shared her bank statement to help with the investigation. To this day, the money is nowhere to be found I still don't have proof of where it went

Taking over 1 week to do a remittance from SA to Ghana and not solved yet. Whatsapp service doesn't work at all you get no support. Email support never gets replied. I had to make 3 phone calls with promises from their call center to get matter sorted and promises to call back at specific times, they never do. Charges are more than enough to warrant a better service try at your own expense and time but really not satisfied at all the small transfer was needed promptly and sorry to say Nakuru fails
