It was so frustrating experience ordering online in these apps. I ordered from oman and I reach that amount to get the free shipping, but unfortunately it's not a free shipping, they will tell you that government tax that in all online order in uae when they put for free shipping you will just receive your items, and you will not pay anything, but my experience here, you will not see in checkout about that additional charges, you will just be surprised when the items delivered to you

Worst customer service EVER! THEY CHARGED FOR GIFT WRAPPING. THIS WASTEFUL COMPANY INSTEAD OF WRAPPING THE ACTUAL TOYS WRAPPED THE DELIVERY BOXES AND SENT SEPARATE SHIPMENTS. SHAME ON THEM AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE GIFT WRAPPING.

Extremely useless app ... I placed an order for next day delivery.it was a healing item suggested by dr. unfortunately it was never delivered the next day and the customer service kept telling a bunch of lies. The same thing continued for another day, and I still didn't receive the order. While some delay is understandable, lying is not acceptable. It's just a pathetic app. Wish I had seen all the negative reviews before placing the order
