By taking part in a clinical trial, you are helping to improve medical care for generations to come. This is why we believe that it should be easy to be a clinical trial participant. Mural Link was developed with you as the highest priority. With the Mural link app, participants will have access to different features that will help ensure the trial experience is as easy as possible.
Key Features* * Get Paid- Choose to be paid via Venmo, PayPal, direct deposit, push to (your existing) debit card, or check, and never pay ATM or other fees.** * Book Rides- Take advantage of complimentary transportation to and from your appointments via Uber. * Give Feedback- Have your say and help future trials by sharing trial feedback right in the app. * Communicate with the Site- Contact staff at your assigned research site securely, via the Mural Link application. * Stay Up to Date- View your upcoming schedule, sign up for trial notifications, and keep track of all your important information in one place.

Hi I was supposed to receive a payment through your app for a study that I'm doing and when I went and download the Mirror Link app and then try to they told me to say forget password and receive the code to my email I never received a code no matter how many times I tried it I tried to register, and I never received the code either I've been trying this for two days, and I cannot access my cash because of that

The app would NOT send the code to my email that is needed to sign up. The clinic tried to help, but ended up having to send me a direct invitation to join. After I received that, it was simple.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
