Horribly glitchy app. I bought tickets online for the Pantheon and a tour, but the tickets were never delivered to my email (I had used the website). I tried to follow up with the museum helpline and received no help. I was due to take the tour 2 days ago. I randomly downloaded the app 2 days ago, and somehow it showed the tickets on the app. The tickets wouldn't open, though! Luckily, we were allowed on the tour still.

I can't finish my registration as I can't get any confirmation email, try to resend several times without success, I just gave up at the end
