Registration mandatory to purchase tickets. Payment gateway in Italian so you don't know what you're paying for. The parent resulted in an error, but I found the ticket in the app after.

Horribly glitchy app. I bought tickets online for the Pantheon and a tour, but the tickets were never delivered to my email (I had used the website). I tried to follow up with the museum helpline and received no help. I was due to take the tour 2 days ago. I randomly downloaded the app 2 days ago, and somehow it showed the tickets on the app. The tickets wouldn't open, though! Luckily, we were allowed on the tour still.
