Since the last update I can't see any more my records from hua hin bdms hospital. Only headquarters visits and history are shown

I received a call from dtac saying if an articular number was mine. The female caller ask if the phone I was using, where did I get it from, who got it for me, etc. I said a good friend brought it for me at work She asked me from what country? I said I don't remember the country but that she was a negro co-worker. She then said that I owe dtac, back pay since the phone was brought almost a year ago. I asked how much was the bill. She said something around 500 baht. I said l'll pay: 25-8-2021.

Useless, can't get face scan have no option to enter registered ID # stuck at contact register office, visited, register in person, but can't update app account.
