App has good intentions but is difficult. Not sure how long it just took me to get signed on, but it was far longer than it should have been. Time spent trying various alternatives to get access.

This app is terrible and is actually making me consider switching banks just because of it. It usually takes forever to load if it decides to load at all. The 'easy banking' is just a big inconvenience with this app

Login by phone is very difficult as there is no way that I have found to see/verify the password that has been entered. Many sites have the option to display the password before proceeding with login

This app needs to be a lot more user-friendly.... It's a hit or miss when trying to log in, slow response, layout is archaic ... the list goes on ... I would hate to find out what BACU paid to have this nonsense developed .... It almost seems like this was a "make work" project for someone at best.
