I use the app quite a lot. The mobile deposit for the few checks I still receive works great. In a few words ... Useful and convenient. To top it off I am a longtime Blu Peak member and I could not be happier. When I paid off the real estate loan on my house they were helpful in making the final payment that my lenders required to be a wire transfer.

I've been utilizing this app since 2013 AAAAA I wish all of my apps were as simple, clean, functional, and easy to navigate as USE Credit Union's app. My life would be a lot simpler, and I'd have more time on my hands. The fingerprint scanner log in is the icing on the cake. Don't change a thing, devs. Don't "fix" something that isn't broken. Cheers. 👍 Edit: Four more years later under a different name, this 5-star review still stands.

Been at this CU for a very long time and appreciate them. Not sure what it means when they rebrand to something kind of dumb "Blu" without the "e", and then often the only function of their app is a spinner and the message "Please wait..." while logging in. Frequently. Does not log in. Especially on weekends, are they running Oracle on the backend now? Bc slow apps or login problems usually mean, Oracle Cloud. I'm not sure they are OK anymore when their app does not work.

Doesn't keep password or biometrics correctly on Android, runs so slow, check deposit is busted, account preview requires constant signing in. It works, eventually. Maybe spend less time on your rebranding and more on "having a useful app"

Doesn't work. Opened on a Pixel 6, and it doesn't go past the logo screen. It worked when they were still USECU and not Blu Peak.
