The smartphone app is like having a USE Credit Union branch in my phone. It works well on both IOS and Androids. Moving funds, making mobile deposits and verifying transactions 24/7 is easy. I do miss the integrated access to the Mastercard. Élan Financial app is ok, a bit less convenient.

I've been utilizing this app since 2013 AAAAA I wish all of my apps were as simple, clean, functional, and easy to navigate as USE Credit Union's app. My life would be a lot simpler, and I'd have more time on my hands. The fingerprint scanner log in is the icing on the cake. Don't change a thing, devs. Don't "fix" something that isn't broken. Cheers. 👍 Edit: Four more years later under a different name, this 5-star review still stands.

First time using and logging into the app. Accept my password and username but errors every time I enter my phone number for the secondary confirmation.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From just looking into your transactions, to transfers and deposits, you can't go wrong with this app! User since Feb/2009. July/2013 and the statement still holds true. In 2021, I found out once you add someone to the account, they stay forever. Update after USECU became Blu Peak. ⭐️⭐️ Everything I can think of about this bank has become harder, more bureaucratic, less practical and time-consuming. I have opened an account elsewhere to juggle with the least painful option per need.

The latest update causes this app to completely crash when trying to access my account details after logging in. It crashes consistently every time I try accessing my account transactions. I also reported it directly to Blu Peak and still not fixed.
