High Bill's /customer support option are for blue ridge satisfaction only. They are money hungry. But me and tons of people are stuck with this joke of a cable company. 3 years I have been calling about my internet issues having techs come out to fix it. Employees don't want to do there job . I had 1 good tech at my place out of the 10 that where at my place in the last 2 years with same problems. Half the time I have no internet are tv. Here's your 1-star review I told you I would give.

Nothing but issues. Constantly loading and stops working. They do bill you though even if you are unable to watch streaming tv. TERRIBLE

Our Internet is so bad. We got "upgraded" to fiber optic. We lose service several times a week, and I pay way too much for poor internet signal.
