(Loyal Naked Mobile Customer) I enjoy the app, makes payments easier and convenient. However, I do miss the ability to change my service plan through thus app, and now it's no longer available. Otherwise, this is a handy app to make payments in advance to save the hassle of remembering the day it expires, and it automatically updates. Thank you.

I can't even get past the registration screen. 1. Have to call Cellular One to get acct #. 2. Virtual keyboard won't stay up to enter acct #. Must copy & paste it in. 3. Enter info including b-day. B-day brings up calendar that you must page through month by month, year after year to get to right one. Tap over 360 times! 4. Submit. Error that email address entered 2x don't match. But they do match. 5. Cannot get beyond this. 6. Website no longer allows renewals.

I bought a phone ($250!) back in Jan 2021. Ever since I purchased it, my calls will not go through or receive any. It will work every now and then. This is getting ridiculous!! I even got a new SIM card 2 weeks. I even factory reset and keep powering off the phone and take SIM in and out. Still the same. I even contacted Samsung, they say it's C1. C1 is lame and seems C1 just take people's money and all they do is just say "Take out the SIM for 5 minutes and turn back on. Tee-hee 🤭".
