Really solid app. Not perfect, but solid. Logging in is incredibly simple (just scan a QR code) and navigating your way around orders and products is easy and so is editing them. I have found that the search feature in 'Orders' doesn't seem to work properly....at all....and I haven't been able to reorder a drop-down list yet, but most other things do work perfectly. Good app, but needs to be improved a little for a 5* review. Edit: Nothing has been improved upon in the last year.

I tried many times to scan the bar code but every time it says "check your internet connection" and my internet works, please fix this!

The past few weeks we don't get notifications for sales so constantly have to refresh the app and keep checking what sales have come through. Stock controll has blips in it too which has sometimes caused us to have to issue refunds to customers who have purchased something on our website that isn't actually in stock, despite us doing regular stock checks. Yesterday it has stopped letting us process sales outside the website which causes more issues for offline orders etc.

I can't log in- I downloaded the app but when I go to the mobile page to scan the code or send myself a text to activate it, there is nothing there.
