Please provide all Income Tax account options within the app. Also, include the option to file an ITR directly through the Income Tax app. Logging into the account via the app is easier and more secure than logging in through the website. The ITR format should be optimized to fit the width of a mobile screen; users should not have to scroll horizontally or zoom in while filling out the ITR.

Very worst. Login needs password, Aadhaar otp and m-pin every time. 60% of the year many functions are in upgrade, and we can't use it. The financial year is over. But there is no option to file IT.

Earlier logged in and found it to be quite good and user-friendly. I also enabled login vide mPin. Now I can't even login, neither vide mPin nor vide password. After entering the correct mPin or password, the login button remains gray and inactive. Pathetic, like most of our govt sector apps which are launched at great expense to the taxpayer and then forgotten by the authorities. Glitches and issues are not attended or rectified.

mPIN verification is not coming in main menu. Error message 'PIN verification failed'. Filing menu goes to AY 2027
