Its accuracy has been confirmed in more than 20 international peer-reviewed scientific studies, with results comparable to those of expensive laboratory equipment. All of this using only your device's camera and sensors.
With My Jump Lab you can perform more than 30 tests covering jumping, strength, sprinting, change of direction, mobility, wellness and force-time analysis, all in a single platform.
⸻
HIGHLIGHTS
◉ AI-powered jump
In the CMJ and SJ, jump height is displayed on screen in real time while you record, thanks to AI pose detection. The classic frame-by-frame analysis mode is still available in all jump tests.
◉ Real-time barbell velocity
AI detects the barbell plate and calculates the velocity of each repetition while you train. You can also import videos to analyze them later.
◉ High-speed slow motion
On compatible devices, the app records high-speed slow-motion video so that frame-by-frame analysis is as accurate as possible.
⸻
INCLUDED TESTS
◉ Jumps
CMJ, SJ, CMJ with arm swing, drop jump, optimal force-velocity profile, RSI-mod, horizontal jump, single-leg asymmetry and repeated jumps (RSI 10-5).
◉ Velocity-Based Training (VBT)
Mean concentric velocity, load-velocity profile, 1RM estimation, velocity loss and bar path.
◉ Running and sprinting
Horizontal force-velocity profile, S-MAS, deceleration ability, curved sprint, duty factor, contact and flight times, leg stiffness, between-leg asymmetry, pronation/supination, contralateral pelvic drop and linear sprint with splits.
◉ Change of direction
5-0-5, 5+5, V-Cut and Illinois tests.
◉ Mobility
Range of motion of ankle dorsiflexion, cervical flexion/extension, hip flexion and internal rotation, and shoulder flexion and internal rotation.
◉ Wellness
Sleep, fatigue, stress and muscle soreness questionnaires.
◉ Hamstring strength
Break-point angle in the Nordic hamstring exercise and torque calculation.
◉ Force-time curves
Raw, real-time force-time curves measured with the device's accelerometer.
