I love this app for several reasons! When 0 I get home at night I can unlock my door from the car and just walk in the house! I don't have to hand out any keys or share my code! I can use my phone to unlock the door from wherever I am no matter how many miles away giving me peace of mind!! I don't have to worry about carrying a key and if I lose my phone I still have the code!!

Completely useless. Can't reset the code. Can't add a code to the lock. I went to download the app, and it won't send text nor email. This is a scam. Look at all the apps. Run. Quickly return this lock.

Does not work! Can't even create an account. Installed smart deadbolt, and now it has to be returned.

Just bought the door lock that uses this app. Unable to even sign up for the app after installing on my phone. It wants your phone number to send a passcode to. After typing in said phone number. It fails to send a passcode no matter how many times I hit send/resend. Could not honestly tell you how app works when it will not even allow you to sign up for it.

Great lock, hilarious app just like everyone says. The app is all but worthless as the developers' method for upgrading firmware doesn't work. Can't even use the app. Pitiful.
