Please don't wast your money to purchase this company inverter & battery. I am a customer since last 2 years from jaipur, worst service, company engineer not visited & not attaind fault even after multiple complaints. They close docket & complaints without confirm or contecting you. No use of warranty & guaranty from neither company & neither service center. Hopeless & useless service.

They don't come to the customer home when your inverter is in warranty and present false report to his company that inverter is repaired. Don't buy livest inverter. Very bad customer service in Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh 231001.

I have lifeguard LA413XS stabilizer which is under warranty and in not working condition i complaint for it 4 times in last 10 days with my registered number but no resolution is provided yet, your service engineer come, and they change the PCB of the stabilizer and that's it, after that the same problem remain exits, I request him for the replacement of the product they told me that wait I will generate request for replacement but no resolution provided. Guys they are fraud & cheat with me.
