Livpure is the worst water purifier in India. Never buy impure water purifier. Impure service is the worst service. Impure outsources service to third party and these service providers know nothing about services.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company regarding my Impure RO Water Purifier. My unit has been leaking for the past four days, despite my repeated requests for assistance. I purchased the Impure RO Pep Plus Pro Water Purifier along with a 2-year AMC, and I expected timely and efficient service in return for my investment. However, the service I have received is unacceptable.
