Booked for service of my purifier on 10.06.26. No response. Pathetic service by liv pure. Pl do not buy. They know only to sell. They do not provide after sales service. I lost my 11k in purchasing this purifier.

Worst customer service experience ever. Impure makes fake promises to sell ACMC/AMC plans and then provides zero support. I raised a service request several days ago, but no technician was assigned or visited. The salesperson promised immediate assistance before selling the ACMC, but disappeared afterward and stopped taking responsibility. Customer care only gives repetitive responses and no actual resolution. The ACMC purchased was not even updated properly, and nobody seems accountable.
