There is no functionality to request a refund from the app if a machine is not working and u have paid for a cycle. Some other functions are not very clear. More logical menus will be a plus.

Often has trouble and gets stuck mid-machine payment and will lock second machines out. For instance, paying the bottom dryer will make it, so you cannot use the upper dryer, and it locks the upper dryer's in-app payment for the full duration of the lower one. So my physical laundry card has been getting lots of use. Do they not want money? It also doesn't show usage for units paid off-app, so all machines can be occupied, and it could still show all open.

Today, I cant add funds to use a machine. Guess I have to wait and hope it works later. App delays a lot. Its ridiculous having to wait 52 mins for the dryer with no choice of a shorter time. This is also annoying when both dryers are used in my building and i gotta wait 20 mins after the washer is done. Make them the same time! A machine also left black marks on my light blue sweatshirt.
