Works fine, never had any issues in 2 years of using it, and you save money if you otherwise would buy a ticket zigzag each time. It is a bit slower to load in the new update. One improvement would be allowing to top up via PayPal.

I don't use my mango app very often it's seem I can't add a new card to my account as my old card expired it won't let me enter my new card details as it's asking for a start date on my dedit card but visa dedit card doesn't have one only expiry date, so I can't enter my details

App works, but the whole thing is way slower than the old Mango card system, really annoying to have to get your phone out find the app and wait for it to load eveytime you get on or off the bus. Bring back the Mango cards! I don't know a single user that doesn't hate this way. What a faf Half the time Google Pay kick's in and pays before the qr code is read. What a joke this system is did ANYONE test it at all? Still the most useless frustrating app. Logs you out! I now just walk everywhere

This app is about as reliable as a Sprint Bus timetable! It refuses to load a qr code in about half of my trips, yet I have full strength 5G+ where I get on and off. The swipe to top up tells me it has failed, only to charge me anyway, so I end up with double what I wanted to load. The only positive is their live bus tracking app (Hugo) is even less reliable. Seriously Trent Barton, you need to invest serious time and money in apps that actually work in a commuter setting!
