I can not find the pay for it section. I am wanting to use the app to pay my council Tax Bill's. You have a picture of a pay for it section in your pictures but in place is Covid. Please help.

Love the convenience of the app and you're adding new features to it. One new feature you have added is very annoying, that of a count-down timer? Why is there a need for this and can you stop this feature in settings? Other than that love it.

Takes ages to start, convoluted navigation, crashes every step of a form, doesn't remember from details entered. In summary, the most terrible and most unreliable app ever made. Dear Newport City Council: Please stop wasting council funds on iTouchvision, they clearly have no idea what they are doing.

Awful. Glad to see our council tax is being wisely spent. May as well use the website which is just as badly designed as this trash as all it does is redirect you to the website from the app. It crashes, slow to load. Less said the better about this.

Extremely poor and ill-conceived app, it uses a backend service ticket subcontracted out to iTouchvision, and it's poor, the maps are not up-to-date the website version is poor, its clunky asks stupid questions when all you want is a streetlight fixed just completed poor in its entirety, and what's best is your council tax is paying for this rubbish.

Very poor use of an app...most of the items on the app when clicked do not have any information... key issues' can't be located on the app easily.... Cant make a payment to the council either!
