★★☆☆☆ One of my Top 3 WORST APPS TO USE. Totally USER UNFRIENDLY! Fix this, you have a great product but if I can't preorder, I won't visit. App takes waylay too long to place an order; menu is NEVER available; frustrating to the point I close it & miss out on your great food & customer service. 😭

★★☆☆☆ I had redeemed a free 3 piece tender but when I tried to add it to my $30 order it kept saying my order didn't qualify. If $30 doesn't qualify for 3 tenders, I'm not sure how much I was expected to spend. Because I couldn't figure it out after trying multiple orders the reward expired 🥴. I love the app and restaurant otherwise, and I still order from there. I wish the redemption requirements were made clear and there was a faster help or chat option in-app.
