PDQ DT

PDQ DT provides a more efficient way for delivery drivers and stores using PDQPOS to better manage delivery services.

The features of PDQ DT focus on providing delivery drivers with the resources they need to most efficiently reach their customer with fresh food quickly without having to manually find routes to their destinations.

PDQ DT also provides real-time location updates to stores when properly linked PDQPOS systems to allow managers and customers to monitor the status of delivery drivers and their deliveries.

The PDQ Delivery Toolkit App (PDQ DT) is an essential resource for any restaurant or food entity that offers delivery services.
With indispensable tools such as driver mapping and customer notification, the feature-rich PDQ DT app is designed to lower delivery costs, maximize delivery effectiveness, enhance the fulfillment experience and allow owners/operators to easily assess driver performance—especially when it comes to unauthorized routes and stops!
PDQ Delivery Toolkit elevates satisfaction in three ways: drivers will have everything they need to ensure delivery success (including the all-important “item reminders”); customers will receive timely delivery service with food that is fresh; and operators will realize reduced per-mileage payments.

The app allows the user to navigate, call or to use the phone while still updating the driver location to the store via PDQPOS through background services.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
