Have requested for ride now and pay later no progress I then uploaded money into my wallet my money is not appearing, I did follow up with them to date my wallet is still 0.00. Not sure if I should trust what they publish on social media.

Thursday I scheduled a right for Friday Afternoon from work to home, the car never arrived and didn't even get any notification as to why, ended up requesting other emailing services, Saturday I scheduled a ride for Sunday, same story. No car. Sunday I scheduled for today's ride at 8:30- no cars. No reason. I thought scheduling a ride earlier gives u better chances as you plan ahead

I wish Google could enforce apps like these to have good accessibility quality. It is very hard for us accessibility users to use such apps. There is no way of communicating with my drivers.

I requested a ride that took over 15 minutes to get a driver. After the 15 mins, ride was not accepted, and it was still searching for driver. I am still trying to get my money back, and it seems my efforts are in vain. This may be a scam.
