Enjoy pain? Not me, for sure! But getting help to work through the pain is what this place does. I am so much better now and have more mobility and strength. Interaction with Physical Therapy. Some features, like tap an exercise you completed, don't respond well. So I just send a text message to the Therapist I did all exercises. Twice. LOL. I see the exercises they want me to do. I do em. Simple.

Will not keep me logged in, I have to put in my login information every time I open the app. Also, I can't check off the exercises that I've completed.

Can't use it due to going away from the Sign-up page while trying to get my code. Won't let me log in or reset my password now. Apparently, this is an ongoing problem. I have printouts from my PT

Very annoying, don't waste your time. Seriously a written list of exercises would be more useful—you wouldn't have to log in to see it, or be asked to make a new plan every time before login. It doesn't keep track of what you've done previous days. You can't go back and mark exercises skipped, but done later same day. So frustrating that hitting the back button closes the entire app. Only has basic function and doesn't do it well. Seriously what's the point of this??
