These people took my pair of shoes and then took a few days to confirm that they would do it, and then another few days to say that they wouldn't be able to do the job, and they would be returning the item. And they sent back a really damaged/scratched item. What a bunch of indolent and unprofessional louts. Better get your neighborhood cobbler to do the job rather than these days. NOT recommended at all.

Worst Experience, I gave my shoe for cleaning purpose. They completed destroyed the Shoe. All colors are faded. I called customer service they did not provide proper response and ignored my queries.
