Excellent Service with this App From the CCT as it helps when Electricity's been down. You send them the complaint, and you are kept up to date via SMS from the CCT. I have had many service requests activated via this App and have had brilliant service from it for free.

Why does call appear in progress and resolved?.. ALSO, suggestion... can't see any setting to log call for billing issues... also you should have something to alert CoJ for illegal connections, dumping, water meter, drugs etc

Unintuitive. Search function buggy. Backend connection with municipality does not relay all details such as images and location so end user (municipality side) in the dark as to the exact nature and whereabouts of the problem. One work around is to paste a Google Maps location in the details section, this combined with the category and subcategory gives the municipality a chance to find the issue on the ground.

Great idea but completely useless. Logged a report that water is off issue has been resolved. No feedback on issue - ticket is still open. Now 3 days later the water is off again. Previous ticket that was resolved is still open, and I'm logging another one - probably won't get feedback wither. More reliable to just call the city and log a ticket with them directly, so the app is redundant

There are thousands of reports. None get attended to. I logged 3 so far. Traffic lights still out. Potholes still there. Water still streaming in the street. Thanks ANC.
