Please note that if you already have a SANRAL account you don't have to register again to use this App, simply use your existing credentials to log in (the same details you would use for the SANRAL website). Should you not remember your password, you can reset it from the App main screen using the Password Recovery feature. In case you don't remember your ClientId, Username, or registered Email, please contact the Call Centre: 0800 726 725
Before using the new feature to report Potholes offline, make sure you have logged in successfully to the App at least once. This is for the App to remember your details and capture the Potholes locally on your device associated with your profile. Once your device is connected again (to any network, mobile, or Wi-Fi), the App will automatically upload in the background the Potholes that were captured while online. Allow a few minutes for the new Potholes to be displayed on the "My Reports" menu.

Excellent app. However can you add a function to activate and deactivate a tag. i.e. if someone borrows my car and I want to deactivate my tag without calling the help desk. Then I can switch the tag back on.

The app is constantly off-line and after 3 days of transferring funds from my bank account, it is still not showing on the app. Also, I cannot top up on the app to pay. Please fix urgently. This is EXTREMELY irritating!!!!!

Does not support making payments from a virtual credit card. So I have to use the website to make payments. And - what other website requires a FIFTEEN character password that needs to be changed every 30 days.

Since the last update the app is not working. It keeps on showing the Sandal sign and that's it. Very frustrating.

I transferred the tag to my new vehicle with assistance as the Sandal office as the app did not allow me to remove the previous vehicle. I could add the details of the new vehicle but not link the tag. Then the app stopped working, gave me an Oeps error. I uninstalled and now trying to be reinstalled from Play but when I open I only see the Sandal logo, seems lile the app is not responding. I was able to log in with my details on the website so rhe problem is not with my login details. Please assist
