I'm giving it 4 stars because I love it, but it DOES have one big problem: if you don't fill in a mandatory field, attempting to submit SILENTLY fails. There is no explanation as to why nothing happens. This behavior defies user expectations. Typically, apps highlight any mandatory fields in red that still requires information. I assumed there was a network error for MONTHS and frequently gave up on creating tickets... then I figured out today what the intermittent issue was. Please fix it so that any empty mandatory fields GLOW RED when a user clicks the "Submit" button before all required information has been entered. Then I'll switch my rating to 5 stars :)

The submit button for new requests is invisible. It took quite a while to
figure out it is even there. It must be because to submit text is black, and it's on top of a black (possibly dynamic colored) bar.

This app makes it really easy, convenient and quick to report any issues to 311 and/or view its status or the reports of others!

It works pretty good. I like you can easily see the status of your requests. The only problem is you can not see the case number in this screen or even on the detail screen, which shows only the first 6 digits with a bunch of dots after. So if you want to do a follow up there is no way to give them the case number. They need to put that on a single line in the list view, or at least on the details page.

Complete garbage. Can't search by service request #. Enter # & no info populates. Won't bring up my requests. Can't find anyway to change my requests on the City of Calgary website either.

City of Calgary Who never clean the snow for over three years in Calgary NE, specially Saddle ridge area. We have to wait for chinook. Garbage app doesn't work either.

It has been inconsistent at best on Android. Most of the time it will not sync, and I cannot submit an inquiry I find. Luckily, they have a callback system now, so for the couple of times a year I need 311, ill just call now.

We pay huge home taxes and in return get poor services. Last snow they never came to plow Saddle ridge NE area inside roads even after 7 days. No sight of plow trucks either on main roads, although they clear the main. Dec. 22, 2020 we had a snow storm in Calgary. Now after 5 days no snow plow truck came here. I think due to mostly Asian people live here and elected no one care about NE. Calgary NE area is the least developed and taken care of area as compared to NW, SW and SE.
