Works great, just don't forget your phone. Also it is slightly annoying that unused tickets expire so quickly. I've wasted many tickets because I had them in my wallet but decided to Uber for a few days due to bad weather. I could not use them in time and they expired. I think they are good for about 5 days. Other than that the app is great and works as Intended.

The top menu button is hidden behind the top bar of my phone, rendering the app unusable since I need an account to get my UPass

Ridiculous that you can't load with funds that are used at the time of ticket purchase or that the tickets you purchase to preload expire in 7 days regardless of being activated (if that's not the case, the wording seriously needs to change in-app). Why can't this city just have a normal, decent digital ticket option/card?? It's a clean looking and responsive app at least, just not very consumer friendly. Edit 2025: they've designed the app so that critical buttons are unusable.

The physical validation only shows once - if you change screens or exit the app it's gone. Transit police will accuse you of not validating tickets at the station even though you did. City scam to issue more tickets

I got a fare evasion ticket because i didn't have an active pass, and my pass wasn't active because the app freezes si much :)
