Works great, just don't forget your phone. Also it is slightly annoying that unused tickets expire so quickly. I've wasted many tickets because I had them in my wallet but decided to Uber for a few days due to bad weather. I could not use them in time and they expired. I think they are good for about 5 days. Other than that the app is great and works as Intended.

Can't buy a monthly pass even though I can buy tickets. I use the same payment method for both, make it make sense. Also, app is currently down, and you can't buy a ticket.

Your app is now unusable on my Pixel 8a. Many of the buttons within the app are now hidden behind the camera punch, or the virtual back button, home button or close button on my phone. App is not sized correctly.

The physical validation only shows once - if you change screens or exit the app it's gone. Transit police will accuse you of not validating tickets at the station even though you did. City scam to issue more tickets

Constant technical issues. App is extremely slow and does not allow me to buy tickets easily. I have to jump through hoops just to pay them money...
