Comments on My SR Connect for Android

★★★★☆ D. Ervin · Mar 12, 2026

The service is great but the My SR Connect app is glitchy. This has been happening for a long while. App works fine for a while then stops showing connected devices. First time it happened, uninstalled and reinstalled fixed it. Now that doesn't work. Fix the app and get 5 stars.

Finally, Excellent Internet has arrived for our area. We have finally come out of the `` DARK AGES'' into Modern day Society!!! Love it. Bout time. Thank you, Singing River Connect!!

★☆☆☆☆ Christopher Holder · Feb 3, 2026

I love the internet, but I frequently run into a problem with the app where I can't see my information because it won't load in. I'm actively connected to the internet so that shouldn't be the problem right? Still using the app for obvious reasons, I just felt like bringing the issue to notice lol.

My app never works, I can never control anything, there is always a delay. Ive been able to use the app one time in the significant amount of time ive had it.
