Could not even log in to the app. Basically it's as useless as all the integrated living services. I would not recommend this company for anything. Dissatisfied client, I have disengaged their services.

Full of nasty breeches.- including Disregarding our clear instructions. Over all an organization greatly lacking in transparency. A sloppy unprofessional effort doing our H.C. Package ACAT Assessment. Well Proven when our request for a reconsideration was granted resulting in their Inappropriate ACAT Outcome being set aside. No regard for confidentiality. Totally Reckless with our family privacy. Negative to No stars at all, would be more fitting.

So annoying! I have 2 parents to care for, yet I can only ever track the services for 1! This means I am often unaware that staff is scheduled for the parent I don't track! I have asked several times for this to be addressed. I was told to get another SIM! ARE YOU SERIOUS? Please get your act together & update the app so that a carer can track services for both parents! It's not an unreasonable request, nor should it be rocket science! I have rated this app 'not easy to use' for this reason!
