Swisscom is the best among the rest. After I lost my father I was so stressed out and couldn't focus, for two months 💔 I couldn't pay my bills not that I didn't have money but weakness & sorrow was my name... but my Internet service was still working after appealing to my Internet provider to please give me some time, and they definitely understood my pain 😢 😭. Thank you so much Swisscom ✋🏽🙏🏾💖 God bless your hard work!

The last update is not compatible with my phone. But I can't use the app without updating... :/

The app ok, but does not allow me to login while I am travelling, which is a problem, As I spend roughly half of the year abroad due to my work. Does not work with or without VPN connection, not from hotel Wi-Fi, nor with a hotspot from second phone.

Requires phone number to log in for 2-factor. But the entire purpose of installing the app is that I just bought a sim from Swisscom, so I need to take further steps in the app in order to receive verification sms. This does not make sense. I need to have a phone number before I can have a phone number.
