Swisscom is the best among the rest. After I lost my father I was so stressed out and couldn't focus, for two months 💔 I couldn't pay my bills not that I didn't have money but weakness & sorrow was my name... but my Internet service was still working after appealing to my Internet provider to please give me some time, and they definitely understood my pain 😢 😭. Thank you so much Swisscom ✋🏽🙏🏾💖 God bless your hard work!

The last update is not compatible with my phone. But I can't use the app without updating... :/

Cannot Log in whatsoever. Mind you, I run an S24 Ultra, so it definitely isn't the Phone. No matter what is tried, it fails to let me log in to the app.

Swisscom Sign doesn't work. I go through the registration process and after the biometric document is scanned, it errors out. Moreover, if I restart the process it always asks me to choose the document type, and it's stuck there. I need to clear the app data to be able to start the process from scratch only to end up in the same loophole again. Did someone actually test this functionality?
