First, your tax preparer needs to send you a link (through OLT Pro software), when you click the link it allows you to create an account through a browser (I couldn't create my account through the APP, it won't validate). After you create your account, you can log in using this APP. I was able to remotely sign my documents using the browser alone, and upload pictures of my tax documents using the app with my phone camera. I could see this being useful and will give it 4 stars because I liked it, but it could definitely be better. I could see a lot of taxpayers struggling with it if they're not too tech-savvy. I recommend just using a browser and a PC to log into My Tax Office, why install an app for a one time thing such as signing?

KEEPS STOPPING! I'm A TAX PREPARER AND WAS HELPING A CUSTOMER AND HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. Y'ALL NEED TO FIX THIS! COVID-19 IS MAKING EVERYTHING VIRTUAL ITS CLEAR OLINE TAXES IS NOT READY. You all GONE LOSE BUSINESS BEHIND THIS, THIS IS A CLEAR NEED TODAY A MOBILE APP THAT CAN BE USED ON THE PHONE. NO ONE CARRY LAPTOPS AND TABLETS WITH THEM ALL DAY.

This app sucks ! I have been trying to do what my tax preparer asked me but the app keeps exiting out ! I have deleted and re-download several times, and it's still doing it ! Smh. I can't get anything done
