My Tax Office

★★★★★ Our App is by far one of the best, and it allows my customers to stay within their comfort zones and have their taxes done by my professional agents within the USA. Tate's Remote Tax Services loves this app and so does our tax clients, give it try and see for yourself without leaving your home or office.

★★★★★ First, your tax preparer needs to send you a link (through OLT Pro software), when you click the link it allows you to create an account through a browser (I couldn't create my account through the APP, it won't validate). After you create your account, you can log in using this APP. I was able to remotely sign my documents using the browser alone, and upload pictures of my tax documents using the app with my phone camera. I could see this being useful and will give it 4 stars because I liked it, but it could definitely be better. I could see a lot of taxpayers struggling with it if they're not too tech-savvy. I recommend just using a browser and a PC to log into My Tax Office, why install an app for a one time thing such as signing?

★★☆☆☆ Keeps closing out before I can view documents. Trash the app

★★☆☆☆ Junk app. Won't upload the pics my preparer needs. Either closes out of the app or tells me the file won't upload. Have to resize the original document, or it tells you the file is too big. No problems last year. This year it sux!
