Does the city use inmates to Mow in the parks? If so, the burm at the Lake Village burm at the back of the park really needs mowing, trimming trees, dead trees cut down, cleaning up.it's a MESS

Please fix this app. I should not have to uninstall and reinstall every few months just to be able to use it. When I open the app the all the navigation buttons (ie pay bill, report a problem, etc.) get hidden and nothing I do gets them to reappear and be useful.

I can't get the app to open correctly. Its pixelated on 1/2 the screen and the 2nd 1/2 has a pull-over screen that lists home, about, etc. But I can't access anything.

Does not deserve even one star. The menu covers the whole screen. It is completely unusable and does nothing.

App freezes on start up! Image locks covering half the screen and opening the menu further locks up functions. Easier to use the website. App is useless!
