How does it work? 1. Resident places service request via SalinasConnect; 2. SalinasConnect stores, processes and automatically routes the request to the correct department; and 3. Notification is then provided to the resident via text, email or a phone call when the issue has been resolved.

Cannot submit a location for repair that is not my current location. I found a pothole as I was driving. When I reached my destination, I tried to enter the pothole I had found but the app would only use my destination and I couldn't change the location to the pothole location. This is a MAJOR issue for using the app. In the past, the app worked very well...not now.

Hard to navigate, requires location. I want to submit a request but on my
street, and the location takes me back to my street. Very annoying
