Description
REDSTICK311 is a new way for Baton Rouge citizens – the customers of our City-Parish government – to request services and report issues while “on the go,” and to offer enhanced options that can provide us with as much information about your needs as possible.
• Spot a pothole while on your way to work? Snap a quick photo with your smartphone and submit it with your request for service, which allows our crews to know exactly what they are facing when they arrive on the scene.
• Notice junk or debris that should have been picked up, or a blighted area that needs to be addressed? Report the issue via REDSTICK311 and use the app’s GPS feature to locate of the area in question.
• Want to be able to receive real-time updates on your phone about how we are responding to your request? Through the app, we’ll keep you in the loop on the status of your service ticket and what’s being done to resolve the issue.
It’s all a part of how our City-Parish government is working to use technology and digital tools to better engage with and more efficiently serve the citizens of Baton Rouge.

I am TRING TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT WITH RED STICK 311, SO I CAN RE - REPORT A DRAINAGE PROBLEM I REPORTED TO 311 ON 07/11/2019, BEFORE THE RAINS FROM HURRICANE BARRY CAN THROUGH BATON ROUGE. I'LL TRY TO LOG IN WITH FACEBOOK TO SEE IF I CAN ACCESS THE APP.

I've reported 4 different issues (streetlights, garbage can repair/replacement and pothole) and have had them all fixed surprisingly fast (around a week for each). Haven't had any issues with app crashing or other issues people have left negative feedback over.

The app is just as worthless as calling 311.this is response they give you -1st attempt- i don't know -2nd attempt- i don't know -3rd attempt-repeat attempts 1 & 2

This app is bizarre. I've reinstalled it multiple times because it just disappears. Sometimes it will not appear in the Android app drawer, but I can tap it from a home screen. Lastly, I live by Perkins Rd overpass and every few months our trash/recycling will be picked up MAYBE a couple of times a month. This is more of a review of the WM services I suppose but reporting missed pickup does NOT seem to have any effect on the incidence of trash pickup.
