Worst experience every time. I had the connection with them twice. Network is never stable, it keeps fluctuating. Customer service is worse. I'd never recommend tikona to anyone. Recent experience with WFH is really hard with Tikona internet connection, and they don't give a dash about it. There is point to raise complaint from app, and they respond after 24 hours when it is resolved that too with a sms. If I could give less than 1 star that could be the best review for them.

Worst service provided by tikona even after making several complaints no one is bothered to look after the connectivity issue also getting on call with them is so problematic and there is no way out to it really very bad service, they are not even giving the refund for remaining months after asking several times over mail, the worst thing is the app itself once a complaint is done you will always receive the same answer from them.
