I can't even open the app, they say install and update web view and chrome and I do everything of that, but they not let me enter and just keep appearing the caution

As a country that wants to be more international it's kind of weird they don't take translation serious in any kind of way. Can't read japanese yet? Then it's better to just delete this app and watch your mb usage through your phone built in mechanism.

UQ in general has bad connection (I live in Osaka) and sometimes it has no signal at all. 5G areas are so limited. This app has no English option so if you're a foreigner staying in Japan, better switch to another provider.

They are fraud company. There prices are just too high. Where other sim card provider are giving unlimited data with better coverage, they are give just 20GBs of data, and they charged me twice for the same month of data usage. Don't choose UQ mobile!!!!
