They use an email account without a custom domain name for their support (see app details in Play Store). If they are willing to cut corners on not having a custom domain, where else do they cut corners? I'll be sticking to tried and true rideshare apps until I have no choice but to use rinky dink ones with no apparent prior reputation like this one. No reason to switch otherwise. The interface is also ugly.
