On the whole it seems like a decent app, although when I submit an issue with ASB when I get to the last page it does not allow me to put in my name, so I don't know if the report has gone through or not

Says updating every time you open the app, but then says 'failed to update', won't load balance and transactions and failed a rent payment mid-way through so looks like I haven't paid. Contact us page doesn't load and makes the app stop working.

Login in as usual, then downloading app update appears and never comes off no matter how long I leave it to "update" been happening since 2023. Can't even. Log on to the website without it crashing, annoying when all I want to do is report a repair.
