On the whole it seems like a decent app, although when I submit an issue with ASB when I get to the last page it does not allow me to put in my name, so I don't know if the report has gone through or not

Can't access it at all now. Wants username and password but says it can't find me or the username and/or password are unknown or bad. Tried changing the password but still says the same thing. Rubbish, just doesn't work.

Doesn't work. Says "downloading app update" constantly (which it never does). Useless.

Always been buggy, would often claim it was updating and get stuck on that screen, and now absolutely will not let me log in under any circumstance. I click "forgot password", it sends me a new password, I copy-paste that password into the box it tells me to, it tells me I cannot log in because password is incorrect. Absolute sham of an app and always has been, but FH obviously don't care, or they'd have fixed at least SOMETHING by now. Just let us do things via your website for goodness' sake.
