This app works well for me. I was able to receive reward points for buying Acuvue contact lens from my usual retailer. Reward points redemption is fuss free. Received my shopping e-voucher through email within a few working days after in-app redemption.

Every time I want to use my reward points for purchase it will require me to update the app. For an app that doesn't do anything it requires too many frequent updates which hinder me from getting to my reward points and make my purchasing experience very unhappy.

Acuvue has been sending spam to via SMS me for years, and deliberately makes the process to unsubscribe convoluted. Instead of being able to unsubscribe by replying to the SMS or visiting a webpage, Acuvue forces you to download this app to artificially inflate store downloads. Take the user ship with a big spoonful of salt - chances are most of the downloads are people trying to unsub from spam.

My optical retailer had relocated & tested this app to book an appointment substantial times but no response. My points are frozen unless I change to another retailer. Frustrated with the issue & opt to purchase directly from MY that had a cost saving of $200 plus

Unable to log in. Reinstall and it's the same. Enter my mobile number and tap send OTP many times but nothing happened. When I tap revover account, it said no match found. What is going on with this app? It's basically not functioning at all
