Hello, can you really not make it so that when you run out of the Internet, you could open the application and replenish the balance from your card and not look for Wi-Fi, it’s very convenient and not very difficult

The app is super slow. It'll eat up a lot of internet traffic just so it can show all the ads. The app wasn't designed for ease of use. It takes a long time to start and very difficult to navigate until all the in-app ads are fully displayed. It's so bad that it's better to go to a store and do what you need to do instead of using the app.
My old unlimited for 6 mths package finished, and I changed and paid, to a new package unlimited for 1 year. Now my internet provider AIS repetitively cuts my internet to get me to top up the old package.
