Cannot use it because of "vpn use detected" even when I don't use VPN or specifically exclude this app from the VPN tunnel! I do have a VPN app on my phone as I want to protect my phone from public airport Wi-Fi, which this app recommends I disable "for my security", which would literally expose me to security threats I use VPN for. An update that made this app completely useless

Very slow application. I can't even find customer service online. This app is a scam. You deducted 200 baht from my account, but it only shows zero balance for top up. Very poor quality. @Everyone especially foreigner don't use AIS app or AIS network, find another better service provider. You will only regret if you sign up for this service.

Super SLOW loading from 0% to 75%. Once loaded, it kept crashing just about every time I tried to navigate. At first, I thought it was my phone until I came here and read all the bad reviews which AIS had not bothered to respond.
