The app works fine. You just purchase the ticket on the app. When you get on the bus, you need to scan the QR code, but it will not work. So you need to click on "manually enter" and enter the number. You get a QR code after that, but there is nowhere to scan that and none of people showing ticket to driver.....so you can just get on free, and they will not notice... also the bus never arrives on time or never arrives. We waited for bus to come for more than an hour but no bus came.....
