The user experience is terrible. When I tried to access the Group Insurance & e-Card section, the app use web view to shows the interface I mean, what is the purpose of this app if you only use web view inside it?

The overall system is very slow, also what's the use of online application or e-claim of we can't even check the ongoing claim status (not even to check if our e-claim is successfully submitted)?
