Had to download this app for a golf event to purchase anything at a golf event in Playa del Carmen. Between the wife and I we still had over $600 US and when we went to cash out the remainder of our money, we never received our money. Stay clear of this app as they want all your banking information and SIN number as well as your Mothers Maiden name to get your money back. Frigging Scammers!!!

Bad: Getting the money from the app to your wristband needs to be repeated every time you reload, and can't be done yourself, which is tedious and annoying. Spending money from the app on your phone is also tedious, requiring many different QR scans. Refund of unspent funds should just be automatic at the end of the event. Overall, very poor UX. 5% transaction fee is extremely steep. Good: It does perform its basic functions. Reloading money with Google Pay is easy.

They do not return funds. They argue they are just an intermediary and do not protect its customers. Also, forget about getting any customer support via email, they will not reply. In the venue they said the extra funds could be refunded to the original payment method, but that is not true. They request several bank account details which raised security concerns and in PayPal funds were never reimbursed. Also, the app was not working in the venue.
