They do not return funds. They argue they are just an intermediary and do not protect its customers. Also, forget about getting any customer support via email, they will not reply. In the venue they said the extra funds could be refunded to the original payment method, but that is not true. They request several bank account details which raised security concerns and in PayPal funds were never reimbursed. Also, the app was not working in the venue.

This app is a racket to extort money from people at celebrations by adding fees and complicating what would be an easy exchange of goods for payment. Then when money is left in their system they throw more complications to get money refunded. All event organizers. For the love of your crowd don't use this *** update *** Asked for a refund, and they said they'd only refund to Mexican bank accounts. Absolute thieves. They must have stolen $$$ from internationals who can't get a refund due to BS
