The app is truly an embarrassing and frustrating representation of what is supposed to be a top-notch hospital. The app is basically a website with an app widget. It is not even optimized for mobile. Takes a really long time to click between screens. Gives no (for very little) indication if it has recognized you clicking a button or not, so you end up clicking and clicking. Has no app notifications to indicate new messages. And no indicators in the app to show where to find the new message/appt.

This app was working well and then all of a sudden when I tap on it to open it, the app goes to a white screen with the logo and won't load. The only way it opens is if I go to the installation page on Google play and hit open.
