Great pharmacy staff very helpful and always smiling my medication always ready. Could be 3 to 4 days at my old pharmacy before I could get my medication. Now kept informed if a medication problem with supply shortage.

Not much use if you want a prescription delivered if you pay for them. Not function to pay for prescriptions and no instructions to say you need to collect an order just sits there until you contact the pharmacy and go in person to pay.

This app just refuses to work in so many ways. Do NOT bother with it! It says my log on details are invalid. They work fine on the website. It says I can log on with my nhs account to link with my GP. It takes me back to the same screen, no way of linking it to the GP. It won't upload the pictures of my exemption card. Which it should not have to if it was accessing my account. Last time I tried to use it, it accepted my order but then said the GP had blocked my availability to order. BS.

Doesn't connect to nhs account. You follow the instructions to log in to nhs, it goes back to cohens app and nothing happens. Still says you need to connect. Pointless so got rid.
