Tried to open loads of times. Doesn't work with an Android phone, even though in signia's write up they say it does. Bought the Mini Mic £200, still does not work. To be fair the hearing aids are the best I have tried. But they are only for iPhone, Signia need to get up to date and fulfill what they advertise. ALL YOU NEED IS A SMART PHONE. Not true....

My Samsung A52S tells me I'm connected to the hearing aids but the app doesn't recognise this so I cannot use the app to control the aids. Useless. I will be taking the aids back as I cannot use all functionality. Poor.

Those develop app likely a non-user. This app is not for any CIC HEARING AIDS, even with BT! You can't listen/call on Cell unless you use a seperate "ADD ON DEVICE"(<$350)! AOD permits use as a mic & headset. Get call, ans & talk, voice is not going through BT HEADSET(BTH). Mic is in the AOD & xmit to ur Cell via hi freq sound then to cell. In sound is sent via BT to ur BTH. No AOD, NO🖕BT📲. NOISY🎷📻NOT WRK! Whole sys not noise Cancelling!⛈🌬 SAME 4 TV! AOD FOR TV <$350. PO💩! Waste of time!

Poor quality app for such a large company, very slow to load on Android, 10 Sony XZ2, I'm missing the old Battery level graphic, checked battery status button this morning, gave me 3 beeps meaning good Battery, then I got low battery beeps and shutdown by 9:00pm, battery percentage grahic was more accurate! Please rewrite the app to work better on worlds most popular phone software (Android)
